Made from maple syrup and nothing else, called maple butter. You make it by boiling maple syrup to a certain degree, then whipping it as it cools down. The syrup crystallizes and thickens. You can sample me at the Kanata Farmers' Market and/or the Westboro Farmer's Market on Saturdays, and the Lansdowne Farmer's Market or Barrhaven Farmers' Market on Sundays.
